Reset Dragon was reset.
Which is why you have to redownload the latest version (should upload shortly), it fixes insta crashes with Motion Blur in combination with Bento avatars and increases the maximum draw distance to 1024. I tested 2048, the SIM doesn't allow requesting that much SIMs that far away sadly :/ only up to 1024 makes sense.
The red beam, that's where i am at.
Changed: Increased internal draw distance limit to 1024.
Changed: Max value of Draw Distance sliders increased to 1024.
Changed: Version to 2.5 Beta 2B.
Fixed: (Potential) Rare crash on logout due to destroyed Settings:: singleton being called.
Fixed: Motion Blur causing insta crashes with Bento avatars.
Fixed: Reset Skeleton still greyed out on our own attachment pie menu.
Misc: Code line ending cleanup.
The viewer web browser is broken when you click a link it'll always ask to open your desktop web browser even if you have it setup to use the viewer web browser and spell checker is still broken and some times my whole inventory doesn't load only half of it and when I clear my cache everything is back but then after a few days later only half is loading again
ReplyDeleteI'll look into the webbrowser issue.
DeleteSpellchecker is known to be broken for a long time and it is unknown why it is broken or even why it worked for me but not others (now doesn't anymore).
The Inventory issue is something that seems to be on your end, i'm not having any inventory loading issues but my Inventory has only 45.000 items, not quite big. You could try searching something in your inventory that should force the inventory to load (if its able to load). The new HTTP Inventory might fix these problems you are having.
I would love to see Tone mapping more accessible (least the usable control - there are some sliders don't seem to do anything)
ReplyDeleteNot quite sure what you mean, they all have a function.
DeleteThere are 3 types of Tone Mapping and one option to have custom settings, all settings except Tone Exposure don't work if you do not select "Custom" (that's why it's called Custom, obviously)
Tone Mapping (Custom)
Tone Mapping (Rheinard)
Tone Mapping (Linear)
Tone Mapping (Filmic)
Each slider has a different effect on different parts of the calculation of Tone Mapping, some minor, some extreme.
DeleteTone Exposure
Shoulder Strength
Linear Strength
Linear Angle
Toe Strength
Toe Numerator
DeleteToe Denominator
Linear White
Exposure Bias
Not sure how i can make them even more accessible, these are all possible Tone Mapping options available and they are properly grouped and labeled.
Anyway to possibly disable object chat from popping up since it doesn't go to the local chat window it goes over it if you have the chat window on the lower left
ReplyDeleteUhm, as far as i know all local chat goes on top of the local chat window, but i suppose you mean that object chat is the only chat you cannot prevent from popping up like you probably did with local chat... if so, i'll have a look into it.
